Plant Based Diet

Hey guys!!

So.. lately I’ve been getting lots of questions about me having a plant based diet and my lifestyle. This made me create this post.

Obviously I’ve just done my grocery shopping, that’ll give a good insight of how my fridge looks like (for a few days) and the fruit I consume. Beside this I also have loads of raw products like lentils, beans, chickpea etc.. in the top of the fridge I’m preparing some chickpea.

So lately I’ve been changing my diet with huge benefits for me. I feel way stronger, recover faster and have a way better energy level + mood during the day. This is a result of eating no processed foods. By preparing everything from raw form, you control what you put in your body and the result that comes from it.

Also included a nice post workout smoothie. You should definitely try it out, its awesome!!
